Nairobi

One of the most important
Kenyan technology events, Banking & Payment
Technologies East Africa, will take place on February
17-19, 2009.
Over
25 international and 30 national speakers,
international banking-related and payment
technology experts will deliver lectures at
this important international trade fair.
The event will be led by Joe DiVanna, CEO
of UK-based Maris Strategies.
Optimisa's Chairman, Alfredo Piquer, will
be one of the speakers. He will address the
issue of electronic payment in developing
countries, providing concrete examples from
Chile and Kenya to demonstrate how important
it is to design payment systems to suit the
actual local conditions.
Additionally, Optimisa will be present at
the fair with a stand offering corporate brochures.
Ms. Dania Krarup, our International Project
Leader and member of Optimisa's team currently
working in Kenya will also participate in
this important event. |
